Surrounded by breathtaking snow-capped mountains, this property is an absolute treat to stay at. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay cozy and enjoyable. The accommodation was modern, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. The highlight was definitely the alpaca experience, where we got to feed and interact with these adorable animals. The on-site Wild Wool Gallery offered beautiful alpaca products made with love. The location was perfect for exploring Fiordland, with easy access to the lakefront and nearby attractions. The outdoor hot tub, with stunning sunset views, was the cherry on top. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable stay, this is the place to be!

The location of this hotel is perfect, with breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious shared bathrooms that have a massive bath, heated lights, and powerful showers. The host is friendly and laid back, while the breakfast is enjoyable, especially with the stunning views.

The hotel is a bit far from the town center, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Set in an amazing location surrounded by snow-capped mountains, this property was a jaw-dropping treat to stay in. Our host Jessie was super friendly and generous with her time, and we had a mind-blowing experience getting to know her and meeting all the alpacas on the farm - feeding time was especially fun! The Wild Wool Gallery on site offered beautiful alpaca products made with love by Jessie. The accommodation was spacious enough for two people - cosy, comfortable, and modern. The well-equipped kitchen had an electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils, allowing us to cook meals every night. The warm, comfortable beds, including a rollaway, were a pleasant surprise. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the onsite laundry with a washer and dryer was a great bonus. We loved coming home to the jacuzzi each evening after venturing out on chilly winter days, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The property served as a perfect base for exploring Fiordland, with activities like hiking, cycling, fishing, and horseback riding nearby. The location was excellent, a short drive from the lakefront and local shop. The express check-in/-out and VIP check-in/-out provided convenience, and the mini-golf, tennis court, and squash facilities added more excitement. this was a super place to stay and we would definitely come back if ever in the area.

The room at Kepler Mountain View was absolutely perfect! It made me feel right at home with its cozy atmosphere and stunning views. I loved having a kitchen with all the kitchenware I needed, and the toaster was a great addition for breakfast. As a laid-back guest, I couldn't have asked for more.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of one thing - there was a particular feature in the room which I think others may enjoy but didn't appeal to me.

This double room was amazing! It had everything I needed, like a kitchenware and a toaster. It made me feel right at home, which is exactly what I look for when I travel.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything wrong with this place. But if I had to pick something, I guess some people might find the toaster a bit outdated.

The decoration at Kepler Mountain View was absolutely charming, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The interiors were beautifully designed, with comfortable seating areas and lovely artwork. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and well-lit spaces. It was a pleasure to navigate around the hotel without any difficulty.

I would have asked for more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps some additional services or amenities specifically tailored for older individuals would have made for an even better vacation experience.
